Italian-style Pasta Toss

“This colorful and delicious salad is greatly served as a main dish no matter how you serve it, either warm or chilled.”

Ingredients:

• 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, undrained
• 1 bottle (8 oz.) Italian salad dressing or reduced-fat Caesar vinaigrette
• 1 jar (6-1/2 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
• 1 can (6 oz.) pitted ripe olives, drained
• 1 package (3 oz.) sliced pepperoni
• 1 medium green pepper, chopped
• 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
• 2 green onions, sliced
• 4 cups cooked cheese tortellini
• Shredded Parmesan cheese

Direction:

• Mix the first 8 ingredients in a big bowl, then put in tortellini and toss to coat well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chill until serving or serve promptly with a slotted spoon.
