Italian Spaghetti Salad Recipe

“An attractive, fresh-tasting salad can be made 1 day ahead in a big bowl.”

Ingredients:

• 1 package (16 oz.) thin spaghetti, halved
• 3 medium tomatoes, diced
• 3 small zucchini, diced
• 1 large cucumber, halved, seeded and diced
• 1 medium green pepper, diced
• 1 medium sweet red pepper, diced
• 1 bottle (8 oz.) Italian salad dressing
• 2 tbsps. grated parmesan cheese
• 1-1/2 tsps. sesame seeds
• 1-1/2 tsps. poppy seeds
• 1/2 tsp. paprika
• 1/4 tsp. celery seed
• 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Direction:

• Following the instruction on package, cook spaghetti; drain off water and wash under cold water. Transfer into a big bowl; put in peppers, cucumber, zucchini and tomatoes.
• Mix the leftover ingredients; put on top of salad and coat by tossing. Keep it covered and let chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
