Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Ingredients
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – cut into chunks
• 1 cup plain dried bread crumbs
• 1 cup oil for frying
• 8 oz. Swiss cheese, cubed
• 8 oz. cubed ham
• 1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
• 1 cup milk

Direction
• Preheat an oven to 175°C/350°F.
• Beat 1/2 cup milk and egg till combined; mix chicken chunks in to coat. Drain; coat in breadcrumbs. Heat oil to 190°C/375°F in a big skillet; in hot oil, fry breaded chicken cubes till all sides are golden brown. Remove; drain on paper towels.
• Put chicken cubes in a glass baking dish with ham and Swiss cheese. Mix 1 cup milk and soup; put on casserole.
• In the preheated oven, bake for 30 minutes till bubbly and golden brown.
